We finally track the progress of the learners and link them up with recruiters.
We’ve realised that one shoe doesn’t fit for all, as such our AI-powered framework enables us to deliver personalised learning for each user. Onboarding on the platform, the user takes a behavioural profile assessment that helps the AI to analyse the kind of courses that should be taken by the user. After then, a user can enrol for any course of their choice, get assessed at the end of the course, and get certified.
The end goal is for the user to get employment after taking a course with us. As such, we work with recruiting agencies to suggest job openings to users based on the courses a user take on our platform.
